An integrated “Notes System” within the Prior_Approval Module logs every communication with channel members while digital images of the proposed advertisement are stored permanently.
Online Claims, if allowed by program guidelines, function similarly. Online claims can replace traditional paper-based claim submission. Online Claims can be used by you or your field reps to instruct us to issue credit against activities agreed upon directly with channel members.
